Here are some common troubleshooting tips and tricks:

App is stuck.

Try closing it, removing it from memory, and reopening it.

App is still stuck.

Redownload the app.

Hotspot is not appearing.

Check if the power connected to the hub? Is the LED blinking? Has the hub been previously configured to your network?

Hub is stuck beyond repair/not responding.

Try holding the black button for 6 seconds and the factory reset process should begin. The light will begin to blink, wait until the Apollo hotspot is back up and running and retry device setup again. The process will take roughly 10 minutes.

Sound reactive effects are not working.

Plug in a microphone into the hub and restart the device!
